Methods for Non-Iranian Donors and Benefactors to Pay Vows and Donations to Astan Quds Razavi
Astan Quds Razavi, the body in charge of Imam Reza Shrine in Mashhad, northeast Iran, has provided the following methods for non-Iranian donors and benefactors to pay their vows and donations:
1- Website and Payment Portal

Donors and benefactors living abroad may visit the above website, review various fundraising intentions listed, and select the requested cause or intention and make their payment easily. This payment method requires the following steps:
- Iranian credit card: It is necessary to have an Iranian credit card to make payment.
- One-Time Password (OTP): Arrangements should be already provided by Iranian telecommunication operators for sending one-time password or OTP to your cellphone. Please make sure your cellphone number receives the OTP messages.
- When the payment is confirmed, Astan Quds Razavi’s vows and donations system will send you a message of gratitude.

2- Bank Accounts Belonging to Astan Quds Razavi Donations
Donors and benefactors without an Iranian credit card may refer to certified Iranian exchange houses at the country of their residence to complete the following steps:
- Refer to a certified Iranian exchange house.
- Submit the bank accounts special for vows and donations announced by Astan Quds Razavi and remit the desired amount to the said accounts.
After remittance,
send the slip bearing your name and surname, and place of residence (city/country) to WhatsApp number +985132002091 for issuing charitable donation receipt in your name.
3- Bank Tejarat Forex Accounts
Donors and benefactors living in countries home to Bank Tejarat brokerage branches may pay their donations in foreign exchange.
- Required data (SWIFT code, IBAN number, and other bank account details) have been provided in attached table and information posters.
- Make your payment based on the information provided.
After remittance,
send the slip bearing your name and surname, and place of residence (city/country) to WhatsApp number +985132002091 for issuing charitable donation receipt in your name.
3- Digital Payment Portal
Respected donors may visit donation payment website through digital exchange at donate.razavi.ir to donate their desired amount in digital exchange (cryptocurrency).
- The portal supports five cryptocurrencies.
- Download preferred cryptocurrency wallet from the website.
- Use preferred digital wallet to pay your desired amount.
After remittance,
send the slip bearing your name and surname, and place of residence (city/country) to WhatsApp number +985132002091 for issuing charitable donation receipt in your name.
